Key Responsibilities
Collaborate daily with corporate teams in Agile processes, ensuring business perspectives are represented and communicated throughout development.
Gather and synthesize business requirements for Product Owner through active engagement with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with revenue management objectives.
Facilitate quarterly stewardship with key business stakeholders.
Biweekly stewardship of product development with Product Owner.
Engage sales champions as needed to promote understanding and adoption of new tools and features, addressing questions and feedback proactively.
Using Azure Dashboards to coordinate testing and validation activities, ensuring business input is captured and communicated effectively.
Monitor and report on model performance and adoption, providing feedback loops to drive continuous improvement.
Maintain a working knowledge of COE products and analytical methods to support informed conversations with stakeholders.
