Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing reports and providing insights to support strategic decision-making for South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Weekly sales and monthly reports
- Compute monthly sales commission and incentive for stores
- Involve in budget preparation
- Prepare CRM analytics reports
- Analyze data and identify trends
- Ad-hoc reporting based on business needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Management Accountant or similar role.
- Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and able to deliver reports in a timely and accurate manner.
