Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support development teams, and actively drive and support testing phases (SIT/UAT) to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Liaise with stakeholders to capture business needs and draft clear BRDs / functional specs.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate business requirements for technical staff and ensure aligned system design.
• Testing Phase Support: Hands-on support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution, and validation.
• Adoption & Training: Maintain RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix), prepare materials, and conduct user training.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 5–6 years in developing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems.
• Must-Have Testing Skills: Proven experience in actively supporting SIT and UAT phases (pre- and post-go-live).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering equivalent.
• Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, and clear communication skills.
