Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Singapores healthcare and insurance ecosystem, including Integrated Shield Plans (IPs), MediShield Life, CPF/MediSave, and MOH compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in adapting and localizing our health insurance platform for the Singapore market, working closely with stakeholders across business, product, and implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to adapt platform capabilities to the Singapore health insurance context.
- Lead workshops and gather detailed requirements across the full claims lifecycle from intake to settlement.
- Map and optimize current vs future-state processes for inpatient, outpatient, and critical illness claims.
- Analyze product gaps against Singapore-specific regulatory and operational needs.
- Ensure accurate handling of constructs like IPs, riders/top-ups, CPF usage, MOH guidelines, and ICD-10/TOSP mappings.
- Translate requirements into clear specifications and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting in health insurance, with a focus on claims processes.
- Strong familiarity with Singapores healthcare and insurance landscape, including CPF/MediSave, IPs, and MOH regulations.
- Experience implementing or localizing claims platforms across APAC markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and process documentation skills.
