Business Analyst – Structured Products & Capital Markets

Location: Singapore (Permanent) - On-site/Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Structured Products and Capital Markets to support the development and enhancement of issuance and trading platforms. The role involves working closely with Sales, Trading, Operations, and Technology teams to drive business requirements, platform improvements, and client onboarding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Front Office and Operations stakeholders.
• Support enhancements across pricing, trading, booking, confirmations, and reconciliation processes.
• Manage onboarding of counterparties and issuers via FIX and API integrations.
• Support secondary market trading and structured product issuance workflows.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and production releases.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams.

Required Experience

• 3–8 years of Business Analyst experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of Structured Products, Derivatives, or Securities.
• Understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience with FIX Protocol and/or API integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with Trading, Sales, or Structuring teams is preferred.
