Job Descriptions:
- Lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's presence and revenue streams across the Asia-Pacific region.
- Identify new market opportunities, develop partnerships, and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate business development activities across regional offices to ensure consistent market approaches.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
- Design product pricing strategies, prepare commercial proposals, and lead tender submissions.
- Participate in product improvement planning based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
- Organize and represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
- Oversee product training, business negotiations, and client engagement activities across multiple countries.
Requirements:
- Understand the engineering machinery markets in China, the USA, and Germany, particularly familiar with equipment from Sany, XCMG, CATERPILLAR, and LIBHERR.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the equipment or construction industry.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience in the equipment or construction industry.
- Possess background experience in data analysis and market research.
