We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in the Fund Services Project, ensuring alignment with both regional and global operational standards and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements: Gather, document, and validate requirements to ensure operational consistency across regions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with IT and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Develop documentation: Create and maintain process guides, user manuals, and training materials to support implementation and ongoing management.
- Provide subject matter expertise: Support the regional Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations team, addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.
- Participate in testing: Validate system enhancements and new product offerings to ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
- Analyze data: Identify trends, provide insights, and recommend strategies to optimize performance and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management practices in fund
- Knowledge of MultiFonds and Fund Services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI platforms).
- Experience with system testing and validation of enhancements or new product offerings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
