Business Analyst/Functional Consultant
- Strong CRM domain knowledge and understanding of business processes
- Responsible for CRM project life cycle execution including identification of business requirements, solution design, solution configuration and testing, documentation, conducting user test and user training
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 3 years if experience
- Client service and result oriented
- Advantage: Prior experience in CRM packaged solutions
