Job Title: Business Analyst - Firco Message Filter (FMF) / Firco Continuity
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements for Firco Message Filter initiatives and enhancements
- Work closely with Compliance, AML, Operations, Payments, and Technology teams to support sanctions screening and payment filtering processes
- Analyze SWIFT/payment message flows and screening requirements
- Support configuration changes, rule enhancements, and screening optimization within FMF
- Prepare BRD/FSD, process flows, gap analysis, and test cases
- Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and production rollout activities
- Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal AML/sanctions requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst within banking / financial services
- Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions screening, and payment filtering processes
- Hands-on experience with Firco Message Filter is highly preferred
- Familiarity with SWIFT messages and payment systems
- Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in transaction banking, payments, or compliance-related projects
- Exposure to Fircosoft ecosystem / AML screening tools
- Knowledge of regulatory and sanctions compliance frameworks
