Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying process improvements, and driving solutions to align processes with organizational goals. You will collaborate with diverse teams, communicate insights effectively, and ensure the successful implementation of business process improvements. Monitoring project progress and analyzing data to provide actionable recommendations will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis and understanding of Business Requirements
• Excellent Analytical Skills and experience in evaluating data to identify patterns and solutions
• Understanding of Business Processes and ability to optimize workflows
• Outstanding Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is an advantage
• Ability to work independently within a hybrid work environment
• Relevant bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are advantageous
