Business Analyst (Finance)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales and management reports
• Analyze sales, pricing, GM, inventory & AR aging
• Support budgeting, forecasting & long-term planning
• Prepare purchase and overhead analysis reports
• Coordinate HFM/Hyperion reporting and financial schedules
• Support Power BI reporting and ERP system updates
• Participate in process improvement and business projects

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in MNC environment
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Experience with Hyperion/HFM and ERP systems
• Power BI knowledge is an advantage
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Manufacturing industry exposure is a plus
• Knowledge of IFRS and reporting processes
• Interest in AI tools and automation is welcomed
