Business Analyst (Exp in Logistics industry / SQL / East / Bonus)

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate regional International Freight Forwarding (IFF) projects, including implementations, new product launches, and development initiatives.

2. Ensure timely and accurate monthly production processing for assigned locations.

3. Conduct thorough pre- and post-month-end checks to enhance data quality.

4. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements.

5. Uphold high standards of data integrity across all activities.

6. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve import/export operations, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

7. Carry out a range of business analysis activities to support growth of the IFF business in SSEA.

8. Provide support on management data, processes, and systems to business partners, Operations teams, SSEA countries, and HQ.

9. Assist with administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

10. Streamline and optimize processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and mitigate risks.

11. Support the Business Controller and Regional Director on projects and operational requirements.

12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop effective solutions.

13. Work closely with IT to prioritize issues and minimize data-related impacts.

Requirements:

1. Min Diploma in logistics studies or any relevant course

2. Min 2 yrs exp in business analyst in logistics industry

3. Proficiency in SQL
