Skills & Requirements:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with requirement analysis tools, process mapping, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Bachelors degree in business, IT, or related field.
