We are seeking an entry-level/associate Business Analyst for a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore River, with flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating current business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and effectively communicating findings. Additionally, collaboration with cross-functional teams and supporting the implementation of business strategies will be essential aspects of this role.

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate data for insights
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and experience in understanding business operations
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings
• Familiarity with Business Processes and Business Requirements gathering methodologies
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant internship experience or certifications in business analysis are an advantage
