Job Description

Responsibilities:

Functional Business Analyst to join the AML Uplift program to support a variety of new and existing initiatives related to AML workflows.

  1. Work with business stakeholders to gather business requirements
  2. Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
  3. Collaborate with Business Unit Specialists to elicit and review business requirements
  4. Analyse and document the to be business and operations processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment
  5. Responsible to analyse and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements based on business and migration requirements
  6. Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope creep
  7. Write business functional release notes and contribute to deployment plan
  8. Document the detailed requirements in line with standards
  9. Understand existing technology landscape at with a view to delivering seamless integration
  10. Ability to think out-of-the-box, engage with stakeholders to streamline system and operational processing
  11. Work with various operational teams to establish new procedures as needful
  12. Work with the System Analyst and Architects to ensure full understanding of BRD is conveyed
  13. Perform requirement traceability matrix
  14. Review and confirmed list of capabilities against BRD
  15. Provide scopes/assumptions for IT management approval deck preparation
  16. Manage the change process within the analysis phase
  17. Review and signoff functional specs prepared by various System Analyst
  18. Review test cases with System Integration Test (SIT) testers
  19. Provide support for SIT/User Acceptance Test (UAT)
  20. Complete Business Requirement Document (BRD) with granular journeys drawn together with non-functional and access control requirements
  21. Details analysis on the BRD
  22. Details data points of the BRD
  23. Capabilities list pertaining to the project
  24. Out of scope items and assumptions for the project
  25. Technology playback deck

Requirements:
1. 10+years of experience in Banking industry.

2. 10+years of experience as an FBA working in technical delivery

3. Previous experience working on Workflow systems

4. Experience as a business analyst in leading banks and delivered projects, programs of large scale.

5. Should have good communication skills and capability to drive senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.

6. Should have experience in AML, KYC, Compliance domain and data analytics.

7. Previous technical experience is beneficial
