Role Overview

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in data analysis, market research, stakeholder communication, and working closely with product teams to build and improve products.

Experience and Skills Needed (Mandatory Skills)

• Proven track record of collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to derive actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders effectively.
• End-to-end experience working with product teams to build and enhance products.
• Strong ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, while prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Product Management, or related disciplines is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive product outcomes by delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market analysis to identify problem areas, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Evaluate existing solutions to identify gaps, synergies, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct user interviews and gather insights to support problem statement formulation.
• Define key success factors, identify relevant metrics, and build dashboards to monitor performance.
• Analyze post-release results and identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Assess the impact of requested changes and evaluate the feasibility and resource requirements for implementation.
