. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of effective technology-driven solutions.

. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with technical capabilities, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

. Analyze organizational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Assess the current business model and its integration with technology.

. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

. Define future-state processes and recommend business solutions.

. Conduct research, data gathering, and synthesis to support decision-making.

. Perform testing of build artifacts to ensure alignment with business requirements.

. Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to elicit and refine requirements.

. Create detailed documentation including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.

. Apply data analysis techniques to improve processes and support business decisions.

. Actively contribute to team discussions and provide solutions to project challenges.

. Develop subject matter expertise in relevant business domains.

. Support project management activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

. Intermediate proficiency in Requirements Analysis.

. Basic understanding of: Business Process Design Business Model Strategy Pega Software Application Development Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

. Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

. Solid problem-solving abilities.

. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

. Preferred Attributes Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews.

. Familiarity with documentation tools and data analysis techniques.

. Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies is a plus.
