A leading organization in the wealth and retail banking sector is looking for a Business Analyst to support the design and delivery of customer-centric digital journeys. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning customer insights and business needs into clear, structured requirements that guide product and UX teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with product managers, UX/UI, developers, and business teams to define and refine digital wealth and servicing journeys.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market and customer research to support product vision and journey improvements.
- Ensure requirements align with customer needs, business goals, and compliance standards.
- Support agile ceremonies, assist in backlog grooming, and help keep deliverables on track.
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and data points to recommend enhancements.
- Assist in ensuring journeys are scalable and adaptable across markets, especially Hong Kong.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in digital banking, wealth management, or similar environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into user stories.
- Solid understanding of customer engagement, UX concepts, and digital servicing channels.
- Comfortable working within agile teams and supporting iterative delivery.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer insights.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multi-market digital solutions is an advantage.
This is a contract position. Open to candidates based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
