Key Responsibilities
- Roadmap ownership. Maintain and refine the enterprise digital transformation roadmap, keeping it aligned with directions and stack priorities.
- Business case facilitation. Facilitate business cases and value hypotheses together with Business Stack Owners, DT teams and strategic partners.
- Value & portfolio tracking. Track OKRs, value realisation, adoption, budget and resource inputs, and identify duplication risks across stacks.
- Technology scanning. Scan emerging technology and best practices, and translate them into practical, prioritised opportunities
- Executive enablement. Prepare steering forum materials, dashboards, options papers and follow-through actions for business-technology management.
Requirements & Competencies
- Business Analyst profile with 3–5 years experience in digital transformation environment.
- Good understanding of business processes, IT delivery models, infrastructure and data ecosystems.
- Able to translate technology constraints into clear, business-centric recommendations for senior management.
- Structured, user-centric problem solver with strong data analysis, benefits tracking and dashboarding capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive communication skills.
- Background in finance or business analytics preferred; change-management experience an added advantage.
