Your Job

As a key liaison between manufacturing operations and digital technology, you will analyze business needs, support the design and implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and digital solutions, and drive continuous improvement to optimize manufacturing processes. The job holder can work independently and as a part of operation excellent team may involve on complex global projects requiring an understanding of business processes and issues affecting their region and the global organization. To be effective they must possess a balanced blend of business and technical knowledge and be capable of effective communications in both business and technical environments and utilize business analytic methodologies.

Our Team

You will be part of the Datacom and Specialty Solution Division (DSS), working closely with cross-functional teams including Warehouse, Quality, Material, Planning, Operation, IT, and Global & Division Digital Transformation teams.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing, lifecycle management, and other relevant teams to systematically identify and define business requirements.
  • Conduct on-site investigations of production processes to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing value stream.
  • Consolidate diverse requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis to create clear and actionable requirement documentation, business process modeling and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain business process models (e.g., flowcharts, value stream maps) for manufacturing processes and value streams.
  • Propose process optimization solutions for MES systems and related tools, leveraging lean manufacturing and digital best practices, recommendations with data analysis to ensure feasibility and practical implementation.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating collaboration and information sharing across departments, promote understanding and adoption of digital tools among production personnel, driving cultural and process transformation.
  • Utilize data generated by MES systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with production departments to establish mechanisms for continuous improvement, supporting lean manufacturing and digital transformation goals.
  • Ensure that digital solutions comply with company quality systems and industry regulations, support internal audits and compliance checks to maintain the accuracy and integrity of business processes and data.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in manufacturing, familiar with MES or similar systems.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with skills in data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Basic project management experience.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Digital Transformation, or related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience including MES implementation or digital transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and value stream mapping.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, or data visualization tools.
  • Change management and training experience to promote adoption of digital tools.
