Business Analyst, Digital Transformation (1 Year Contract) #NKC

We're looking for a versatile Business Analyst with skills in process automation and data visualization to support cross-functional projects, enhance business processes, and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with various departments to analyze business requirements and recommend solutions
• Design and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI for data-driven insights
• Coordinate and support testing activities, including UAT and post-Go-Live support
• Prepare project documentation, stakeholder presentations, and training materials
• Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support additional tasks and project-related activities as needed
