Your Key Responsibilities

1) Product Planning and Strategy:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritise common cloud servicesbased on organisational needs and strategic objectives.

• Develop product roadmaps, feature prioritisation, and release schedules forcommon services.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancingcommon cloud offerings.

2) Product Delivery, Implementation, and Testing:

• Lead the implementation and deployment of common cloud services, ensuringalignment with technical requirements and business goals.

• Plan and execute testing phases to validate functionality, performance, andsecurity of deployed services.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, andsecurity to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

• Manage product releases and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimaldisruption to users.

3)Product Management and Optimisation:

• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics of common cloud services,identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

• Implement strategies to enhance service reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

4) Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding common cloudservices, providing updates, gathering feedback, and addressing concerns.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams and externalpartners/vendors involved in the delivery and support of common services.

• Prepare and present reports, presentations, and recommendations to seniormanagement on the performance and strategic direction of common cloud services.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Resource Management (or equivalent)

• For Senior Consultant: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity

• For Manager:Minimum 6 years of working experience in Business Analyst or similar capacity

• Strong analytical, problem solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong grasp of cloud computing concepts and technologies, with proven contributions to commercial cloud projects and relevant experience in project management would be advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication with emphasis on technical writing skills

• Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation, and the ability to write and express viewpoints using clear and concise language.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all organisational levels

• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in product delivery, product management, and/or business consulting support.

• Knowledge of test automation will be an advantage
