Business Analyst (Digital Banking)

6 to 9 years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, preferably within digital banking, investments or equities trading.

. Able to independently:

• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop user stories, process designs and functional specifications.
• Facilitate requirements across business, design, technology and testing teams.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, changes and requirements traceability.
• Assess operational impact and support implementation readiness.
• Support SIT/UAT planning, defect triage and requirement clarification.

. Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication and documentation skills.

. Prior experience in Agile delivery and regional banking projects is preferred.
