Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital banking projects and strategic initiatives across Consumer and Wealth Banking platforms in multiple regional markets.
- Collaborate with business, product, operations, design, and technology teams to define business requirements and deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, customer journeys, and functional specifications.
- Partner with product and design teams to conceptualize user experiences, workflows, and screen designs that meet customer and business needs.
- Review functional specifications and solution designs with technology teams to ensure alignment with business requirements and project objectives.
- Lead end-to-end project delivery activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents (BRD), user stories, test strategies, test plans, traceability matrices, and implementation materials.
- Define and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies, plans, schedules, test scenarios, and execution activities.
- Lead and mentor testing analysts and test engineers to ensure quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
- Oversee both manual and automated testing activities to ensure end-to-end coverage and timely execution within project timelines.
- Utilize Agile delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JBehave, and other testing and automation tools to manage project execution and tracking.
- Drive stakeholder engagement across regional and country teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support production deployments, business verification activities, and operational readiness during implementation.
- Investigate production issues, manage escalations, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure of incidents.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions to support successful adoption of new solutions and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, platform enhancements, and operational efficiencies.
- Keep abreast of emerging digital banking trends, technologies, industry best practices, and market developments to support continuous innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Digital Banking, Consumer Banking, Wealth Banking, Business Analysis, Project Delivery, or Test Management.
- Solid experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation or banking technology projects within a banking or financial services environment.
- Good understanding of Consumer Banking, Wealth Management, Digital Banking products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering, user story development, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Solid experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test planning, test execution, defect management, and release implementation activities.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, JBehave, and other project management, testing, or test automation tools.
- Good understanding of digital banking technologies, system integrations, APIs, and digital delivery processes.
- Experience leading or supervising testing teams and coordinating activities across multiple workstreams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and regional environment.
