Job Description:

  • Work closely with Product management team to gather, analyze, and document
  • business and functional requirements for software projects.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and system specifications.
  • Map as-is and to-be business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as the liaison between business users, developers, testers, and project
  • stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end project management for enhancements and implementations:
  • Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Track progress, manage risks/issues, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Conduct regular status updates and stakeholder communications
  • Support system testing, including test case development, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation (BRD, PRD, FRS, meeting notes, etc.).
  • Follow Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies as required.2. Deliverables Requirements

  • c. Project plans and status reports
  • d. Support for testing and successful user sign-o
  • e. Post-implementation review inputs
  • f. Good and satisfactory on-time delivery of project requirements.
  • Delay of agreed deliverables is not acceptable unless agreed by Project owner of Lawnet Technology Services Pte Ltd ( LTS) who is the engaging company.

Skills & Experience Requirements

Required Experience of the appointed resource:

  • 35 years of relevant experiences in business analysis and/or project management within software application delivery environments.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise software (e.g., D365, Business Central etc).
  • Strong requirement-gathering and process modeling skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira,Confluence, MS Project).
  • Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document clearly and facilitate meetings.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications ( Optional)

  • Certification in PMP, CAPM, CBAP, or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
  • Exposure to data migration, integration, or change management activities.
