9+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
Strong hands-on experience in Corporate Banking, with solid understanding of corporate banking products, business functions, and end-to-end operational workflows.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong functional knowledge of Corporate Banking concepts and workflows; practical business/domain expertise is essential.
Proven experience in Payments, including Cross-border Payments, SWIFT (MT/MX), RTGS, ISO 20022, and payment lifecycle.
Able to gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FSD, User Stories) and translate them into functional specifications.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders, operations, technology teams, and external vendors throughout the SDLC.
Strong knowledge of payment processing, approval workflows, reconciliation, and related regulatory or compliance requirements.
Experience in Agile delivery using tools such as Jira and Confluence is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
