Business Analyst (Core Banking / UAT & Testing Support) (6 Months Contract) #NKC

Job Summary:
Support core banking system enhancement projects by gathering user requirements, analysing business processes, supporting testing activities, and coordinating with stakeholders across multiple regions. Ensure alignment between business needs, system design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and standardise user requirements across international locations
• Ensure requirements align with banking standards and regulatory needs
• Document current (as-is) processes and design improved (to-be) processes
• Review functional specification documents (FSDs) and provide feedback
• Support UAT planning, test case creation, execution, and defect tracking
• Manage and monitor JIRA tickets for issues, defects, and enhancements
• Coordinate defect triage and follow up with IT and business teams
• Assist in change request documentation and approval processes
• Support post-production rollout and issue resolution
• Act as liaison between business users and IT teams
