Job Description

  • Partner with the Delivery Manager to plan and coordinate design, testing, and implementation activities, including defining timelines and effort estimates.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts to elicit, analyze, and validate user, business, and system requirements, and translate high-level product vision into detailed technical requirements alongside solution architects.
  • Conduct functional impact assessments, risk evaluations, and fit-gap analyses to compare current and future state processes in collaboration with technical leads.
  • Develop functional solution designs aligned with CLM workflows and Fenergo capabilities, while addressing technical constraints, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Prepare and document functional specifications, obtain stakeholder buy-in, and secure formal approval on proposed solutions.
  • Maintain end-to-end traceability between business requirements and final technical deliverables.
  • Configure policy rules, workflows, data mappings, and user interface behavior to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with CLM processes.
  • Support system testing by working with the Test Manager and SMEs to validate that solutions meet requirements, and assist in integration and user acceptance testing, including defect triage.
  • Work with technical leads to define implementation strategies, system configurations, and operational runbooks for integrated solutions.
  • Contribute to migration design and data mapping activities, ensuring data accuracy across domains, and validate reconciliations with business analysts.
  • Develop and deliver user training materials, and provide ongoing support to promote effective system adoption and usage.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues to the Project Manager when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience as a Business or System Analyst within banking, financial services, or consulting environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive mindset.
  • Proven sense of ownership and accountability in delivering tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • CBAP certification is an added advantage.
  • Technical background with a solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CLM and Fenergo solutions is a plus.
