Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Avaloq Core Banking platform. The role involves working closely with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades within a banking/wealth management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Business Analyst on Avaloq core banking platform.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Perform Avaloq parameterization and configuration.
- Manage backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- Support release management and deployment activities.
- Lead UAT, defect triage, and data validation activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, risk, and IT.
- Ensure proper documentation and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Avaloq (configuration/parameterization).
- Experience in wealth management / private banking / core banking platforms.
- Good understanding of banking products payments, securities, lending, deposits, corporate actions, fees.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
- Strong UAT and stakeholder management experience.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
