Gather, analyse and formalize user's business requirements and processes, evaluate on feasibility of implementation and manage scope of project.
Prepare and review system documentations including meeting minutes, functional requirement specification, Gap-list, technical documents, and user guides.
Re-engineer end-to-to process, analyse and review operation solutions.
Involve in full project implementation cycle (SDLC) with system analysis and problem-solving skills.
Liaise with multiple vendors and stakeholders in resolving problems in the rolling out of new applications and ensuring that project delivery is on time.
Coordinate project activities and work closely with end user and vendor in managing the project plan.
Good knowledge on application deployment & maintenance methodology.
Estimate and plan tasks needed to define and manage functional and technical requirements, support design, development, and quality assurance activities.
Troubleshooting system issues, provide systems support and training to users when require.
Design and testing of new enhancements / integrations / reports for application systems.
Assist to drive digital transformation initiatives in line with strategic objectives of the organization.
As part of the digital transformation initiative, work with external service providers to implement new applications, projects or upgrades.
Work with cross team members on any IT issues and ability to travel when required.
Knowledge to use Azure Devops platform.

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system implementation, ideally with project management experience.
Skills in process mapping and business process re-engineering.
Ability to work as part of a team, independently and make decisions.
Strong analytical skills, Change Management and well versed with problem resolution methodologies.
Prioritize tasks effectively and able to work well under pressure.
Able to explore new ideas and innovation, partner with key team across the organization to deliver effective IT solutions.
Possess good working knowledge of business processes such as Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance and Logistics will be an advantage.
Experience in SaaS ERP system will be an added advantage.
Background in business Administration, project management or related field will be advantageous.
Proficiency with Data Analytic Tools such as Power BI, Tableau will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that are essential to work well with global business, technical, manufacturing, purchasing, supply chain functions across various geographies and cultures.
Fluent in English. Any other languages and multi-cultural skills will be an advantage
