Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of third-party and external vendor integrations, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.
• Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements for product and tech teams to implement.
• Liaise with external partners to align on integration requirements, troubleshooting, and track project progress.
• Work closely with internal teams, including product, tech, and compliance, to ensure business needs are met.
• Ensure integration projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in crypto, payments, or financial services, preferably in business analysis or project management.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with API integrations, fintech solutions, and payment processing workflows.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business processes.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and negotiate with external vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
