Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to track KPIs and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define data requirements and support campaign planning.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Use data visualization tools to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize marketing spend and effectiveness.
  • Operations, strategies, and specific KOL traffic analysis, performance analysis (registration conversion), etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing analysis, business intelligence, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics is a plus.
  • Experience with statistical software or programming languages (Python, R) is a bonus.
