Business Analyst

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home for some days. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify business requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to optimize operations. You will conduct detailed analyses, prepare documentation, and communicate insights to support decision-making. Collaborative engagement with teams to refine and implement business strategies will be an important aspect of this role.

• Proven experience in business analysis and understanding business processes
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present insights effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of defining, gathering, and documenting business requirements

• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for data analysis and project management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in structural engineering or a related industry is advantageous
