Job Description

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Retail Banking or Financial Services.
  • Strong experience in Payments, Transaction Banking, or Operational Processing platforms.
  • Exposure to SWIFT messaging, payment processing, reconciliation, and settlement workflows.
  • Experience in Retail Banking Loans and Lending products is good to have
  • Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, business process mapping and gap analysis
  • Experience supporting system migration, platform modernization, or workflow automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and release management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
