We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Banking, FinTech, or Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel (VBA Macros, Pivot Tables), and the ability to prepare impactful PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FSD), User Stories, and process flows.
- Develop and maintain Excel VBA Macros to automate reports and improve operational efficiency.
- Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards, and data validation.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for project status updates, executive management, steering committees, UAT updates, and business reviews.
