Business Analyst (Banking Ops)

A wellestablished international bank with strong regional operations, currently driving largescale transformation initiatives where the Singapore office plays a central role in projects spanning core banking systems.

Your New Role

As part of Business Operations Analyst team, you will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring smooth delivery of banking operation related projects and supporting the rollout of new systems and processes across regional branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee banking operations projects including CASA / Payments or Loans related operations, coordinating vendors, resources, and schedules to meet milestones.
• Partner with business users to capture requirements, perform gap analysis, and design workflows.
• Support migration activities, UAT, training, and documentation to ensure business readiness.
• Develop new procedures, provide operational guidance, and deliver reports to management and head office.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Asia Pacific to resolve issues and drive successful implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-7 years experience in back office operations especially CASA / Loans & Credit Admin / Payments, with strong knowledge of account management and transaction processing is a must.
• Hands on involvement in system implementation projects
• Skilled in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD), data mapping, migration support, and workflow standardization.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field professional certifications in Business Analysis (IIBA, PMI, BCS) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
