- Adecco is partnering with public sector to look for a Business Analyst (Bank, Market & Securities).
- Lead end-to-end transformation projects within Markets & Securities Services Operations, overseeing project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, risk and regulatory compliance to ensure successful business and technology change.
The Talent
- Possesses at least 5 years of experience in relevant role
- Proven experience delivering complex projects within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, reporting, budget and resource management.
- Experience managing business, regulatory, technology or transformation programmes across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and experience working within formal governance processes.
- Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) are preferred.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources, and project governance.
- Monitor risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAID) and change requests, ensuring effective mitigation and escalation.
- Collaborate with business, operations, technology, risk, and external stakeholders to drive project execution and successful delivery.
- Coordinate project lifecycle activities, including requirements, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and rollout.
- Ensure compliance with organisational governance, risk, audit, regulatory, data privacy, and operational readiness requirements.
