Job Summary
You will drive ICT procurement and contract management initiatives, leveraging your expertise in government e-procurement, project management, and IT business analysis to optimize processes and support strategic sourcing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead ICT procurement activities by applying knowledge of government e-procurement systems to evaluate tenders and negotiate contracts effectively
- Analyze ICT market trends and pricing models to inform procurement strategies and optimize costs
- Manage cloud, SaaS, and Agile projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct IT business analysis to identify requirements and support procurement and contract management processes
- Develop and implement automation tools, including Generative AI solutions, to enhance contract management efficiency
- Monitor and track project progress, resolving contractor disputes and managing supplier performance to maintain quality standards
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions and pitch ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently to achieve procurement objectives
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports and presentations supporting procurement activities
- Apply analytical, organizational, and planning skills to manage multiple procurement projects concurrently
- Use Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI to generate insights for procurement and contract management (preferred)
Preferred Competencies And Qualifications
- Experience with government Information Management (IM) on Procurement
- Participation in full software or product development cycles
- Experience in contractor dispute resolution and performance management
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau and/or Power BI)
