Job Summary
We are looking for a discovery-driven Business Analyst to support digital initiatives within aviation domain. This role involves driving the end-to-end requirements journey, from shaping ambiguous business problems into clear, structured solutions-requiring strong critical thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills to drive alignment across business and technical teams.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Must have 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Must have strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, user stories, use cases)
- At least 1 year of experience in SIT/UAT and defect management
- Hands-on experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA or Confluence
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience with Design Thinking and user-centric solutioning
- Familiarity with UX/UI collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Miro)
- Exposure to performance or non-functional requirement testing
- Relevant BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-AAC) are a plus
- Experience in aviation or enterprise platforms is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Structure vague problem statements into defined scope, solution approaches, and roadmaps
- Develop BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to align stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Apply Design Thinking to drive user-centric solutioning and validation
- Collaborate with UX, developers, and architects to ensure solution feasibility and alignment
- Define and support SIT/UAT, ensuring solutions meet business and user expectations
- Act as the key bridge between business and tech teams, managing priorities and expectations
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement and delivery.
