Business Analyst (Avaloq) | Contract

Job Responsibilities

• Gather document requirements, analyze, and translate business needs into clear documentation.
• Facilitate workshops and lead sessions and manage stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Support solution design, testing, and validation of requirements within Agile delivery models.
• Analyse process gaps in regional or multi-location implementations.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Technology, Business or equivalent.
• 5 - 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Solid domain expertise in areas such as Wealth Management/Private Banking, Credit & Lending, Investments/Capital Markets, or Digital Banking.
• Experience with banking and investment platforms including Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, and FinIQ.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile, Scrum, or iterative delivery environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable to facilitate workshops and influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, delivery-driven environments.
