Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation experience Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities, documenting detailed business requirements, functional specifications
Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users
Experience with Low Code Platform as well as a thorough understanding of relational databases, SQL and web services
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks
Conduct user requirement scoping, and analysis, involving functional, integration, and non-functional requirements
Work closely with technical solution teams to assess feasibility, propose solution options and recommendation to address business and operational needs
Deliver functional design including workflow analysis, prototypes, business logic flowchart and interface mapping
Provide requirement and functional design clarifications to delivery team members throughout the delivery process
Plan and conduct internal UAT based on business workflow and user scenarios
Plan and conduct training to end users, and internal support teams as required
