Business Analyst

Currently, we are looking for Business Analyst which would be based in Singapore

Job Description and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years working experience as Business Analyst
• Analyse complex user problems/issues and propose workarounds until they are fixed
• Gather business stakeholders, system, and functional requirements
• Analyse and deliver the best solution for the business requirements
• Enhance and support front office risk systems using a range of tools
• Manage reporting on the progress of the projects and performance to Management in Europe
• Ensure requirements, functional specifications, and unit testing requirements are well understood and participate in all aspects of analysis, design and implementation.
• Formalize the functional specifications that will be sent to the development team
• Ensure that business requirements respect the consistency of the ETRM
• Propose an implementation schedule respecting the priorities
• Being the interlocutor of the development teams
• Formalize the reports of anomalies to be corrected by the development team
• Assist the business users to set up their screens and make optimal use of the functionalities
• Promote new features and participate in change management
• Design and execute functional testings, non-regression testings and user acceptance testings (UAT)
• Ensure compliance of the delivered software with the functional specifications and respect the expected level of quality
• Design test scenarios that will be executed by an automated testing tool
• Ensure the smooth running of the application servers and services
• Provide troubleshooting during interruptions
