Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for gathering business requirements and analyzing business challenges in order to define and deploy digital solutions
- Drive business analysis requirements for planning and assist in the asset transformation using the latest digital and technology solutions.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and business review with process owner to assess project benefit and impact.
- Work with stakeholders to understand existing business processes and contribute to new processes and system designs
- Gather and document business requirements, analyze information, and communicate effectively with both business owners and IT teams
- Document project related deliverables such as user requirement specification, functional specification, etc.
- Ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desire results
- Support to conduct market/ tech survey on the best available technologies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Major Challenges:
- Coordinating between multiple stakeholders and conflict management
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or other related technical majors
- Minimum 2 years operation experience in asset transformation implementation
