We are looking for a Business Analystwith at least 2 years of experience in IT or cloud-related projects. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, supporting implementation and UAT, and driving continuous improvements. You will work on AppCS and DevSecOps projects (focusing on requirements, solution design, and platform enhancements) as well as iCare projects (supporting tenant onboarding, cloud adoption, compliance, and go-live activities). This position requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT or cloud-related projects
- Relevant certifications such as Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis (AppCS & DevSecOps Projects)
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document business requirements
- Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement and automation
- Prepare and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
2. Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for implementation
- Design and document end-to-end solutions, including process flows, data models, and integration strategies
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate feasibility and ensure sustainable solutions
- Develop product playbooks, runbooks, and onboarding guides
3. Implementation & Testing
- Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test cases
- Support UAT execution to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards
4. Continuous Improvement
- Track platform usage and performance metrics
- Provide recommendations for enhancements and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Additional Scope for iCare Projects
- Provide business and technical consultation to tenants to ensure smooth registration and onboarding processes
- Gather and document business requirements for cloud adoption initiatives
- Coordinate with service providers to conduct adoption/onboarding sessions, compliance briefings, and service delivery reviews
- Monitor demand forecasts and prepare monthly demand reports for service providers propose mitigation strategies for potential demand spikes
- Engage with service provider teams to align on tenant requirements and track progress of cloud adoption journeys
- Support go-live activities, including preparation and release of product go-live communication plans
