Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Lead and manage Temenos Transact (T24) implementation and upgrade projects within banking domain
• Oversee end-to-end testing lifecycle including test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution validation
• Manage Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, tracking, and delivery
• Perform and oversee API and automation testing using industry tools
• Manage onsite and offshore teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards

Requirements:

• Minimum15 years of experience in QA/Test Management within banking or financial services
• Strong experience in Temenos Transact (T24) implementation and upgrades
• Knowledge of banking domains such as Retail, Private, Wealth, Treasury, Corporate Banking
• Experience with tools: JIRA, HP QC, SQL, SoapUI/Postman, Selenium/Cucumber
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience working with global and cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, or related field
