Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

. Deliver comprehensive business analysis to identify and implement solutions aligned with business needs.

. Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and fellow analysts to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

. Engage stakeholders to define requirements and produce documentation for application development or enhancement.

. Specify business rules for regulatory reporting, operations, and data transformations.

. Design and test functional solutions to meet business and regulatory objectives.

. Maintain and promote best practices related to the bank's data dictionary.

. Liaise with developers to define implementation specifications.

. Communicate effectively with other IT teams regarding data services.

. Support daily operations using Agile methodologies including Scrum, Jira, and Kanban.

Qualifications & Profile:

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build consensus among stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial products and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with MIFID2, SFTR, EMIR, or APAC transaction reporting is advantageous.
• Experience in capital markets processes such as pricing and sales/trader workflows.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and tools like Kibana and Collibra is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
• Proven ability to document business requirements and functional specifications clearly.
• Proficient in data analysis using SQL, Oracle, Sybase, or T-SQL.

Knowledge of FPML, XML, XSLT, and XPath is an added advantage.
