Business Analyst - AML

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst - AML to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in anti-money laundering processes and a proven track record of analyzing and improving compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess AML processes and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement business solutions to improve AML operations and reporting.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of improvement within existing AML frameworks.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders regarding AML trends and compliance status.
• Stay updated with AML regulations and best practices in the industry.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, preferably in AML or compliance.
• Strong understanding of AML regulations, compliance standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
