Business Analyst

Key Skills

• 3 to 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, process mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work closely with business users, developers, testers and support teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• The candidate should be comfortable supporting requirement analysis, solution design discussions, testing, implementation and post-production support.

Good to have

• Exposure to CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
