Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and identifying strategies for improvements. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating clear communication among departments, and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and a sound approach to problem-solving
  • Experience and expertise in Business Analysis and Business Process improvement
  • Proficiency in understanding and documenting Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interface with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment and manage tasks both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in technology-driven business solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
