Business Analyst (AI)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate AimSG activities at BSS Reading Centres.
• Provide first-line support to BSS users for AimSG platform and workflow matters.
• Act as the main point of contact between BSS users, AimSG programme, and AI model vendors.
• Conduct AI usage training for relevant BSS staff.
• Monitor and analyse basic AI model performance.
• Support BSS workflow, including reporting, rostering, study checking, and AI results transcription.
• Provide coverage support for other Reading Centres when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• IT/Computer Science background preferred.
• Experience or knowledge in IT, Healthcare, or HealthTech is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to coordinate with clinicians, hospital staff, and vendors.
• Able to work independently, be proactive, and seek support when needed.
